When will my order be processed?

We process orders for Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed in less than 24 hours once the payment has been made and will be shipped the next day after the processing day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery to Spain will take between 24-72h. 

Shipping time may be longer than expected due to, for example, an invalid address, postage parcel retention, or other unforeseen circumstances. So please make sure everything is correct before making the payment. 

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to: spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States.

 How can I check the status of my order?

First of all, we will notify you via email of each step we take with your order. However, you can ask us any questions about your order and we will solve them without problems. You just have to let us know your order number. 

In addition, the email includes a tracking number. You can check the status of your order by putting the tracking number in the corresponding logistics company. You have 2 months to report a lost order if you haven't received it. After this period, you will not be able to file complaints.
